Pre-painted Galvanized Sheet
Polyester/PVDF pre-painted galvanized coil and sheet in RAL colours.
Pre-painted galvanized sheet is a ready-to-use flat product with a factory-applied paint coating over the zinc layer. Polyester is the most common paint system; PVDF, plastisol and polyurethane paints are alternatives for more demanding environments.
The paint thickness is decisive for protection against corrosion and external influences. A typical build-up is a 5 µm primer plus 20 µm top coat on the exterior and a 7 µm epoxy-based primer on the reverse side. Colours are chosen from the RAL chart.
