CNC Plasma and Oxy-Fuel Cutting
Plasma cutting for all conductive metals, oxy-fuel cutting for 10–200 mm plate.
In plasma cutting, compressed air is ionised by a DC power source into plasma and conductive metals are cut at high speed. Its greatest advantage is that it works on all conductive metals; the technology also allows gouging.
In oxy-fuel cutting, steel is heated with combustible gases and then cut with an oxygen jet. It cuts much thicker plates than plasma, is preferred especially above 65 mm and handles thicknesses from 10 to 200 mm with ease.
