CNC Punching and PEM Insertion
Serial holes, forms and louvres on a Trumpf CNC punch, plus PEM nut, stud and standoff insertion.
On our Trumpf CNC punching machine we produce serial holes, cut-outs, ventilation louvres, extrusions and embossed forms in one set-up with repeatable precision. For parts with many holes and forms it is faster and more economical than laser cutting.
With our PEM insertion systems we add nuts, studs and standoffs that give thin sheet permanent threads without welding. Combined with cutting, bending, welding and coating, your part arrives ready for assembly.
