Painting (Powder and Coil Coating)
Electrostatic powder coating in RAL colours; polyester and PVDF coil coating.
Electrostatic powder coating is a completely dry, solvent-free coating system. The powder is electrostatically charged by special spray guns, adheres to the well-earthed workpiece and is cured in an oven. Surface quality, durability, recyclable overspray and environmental friendliness make it superior to conventional painting.
Coil coating is a highly automated process for sheet and aluminium in coil form. It offers a high level of control and paint quality; on request a protective film is applied before the coil is rewound and packed.
A polyester top coat is the most common, cost-effective choice, from decorative interiors to roofs and façades. A PVDF top coat retains its colour and gloss for a very long time and is preferred for architectural façades.
